How Laundry Pickup and Delivery Works
How can I order laundry services?
Simply click on the Schedule a Pickup Button. Enter your information, including when you want your laundry delivery service. You can choose pickup and delivery windows that are convenient for you. Have your laundry ready for when the driver arrives. You will get a text message when the driver is on their way. The driver will pick up your laundry and take it back to our laundry facility to wash, dry, fluff, and fold. We will then deliver everything gently packed and ready to put away. Your credit card will not be charged until your laundry is finished. You will get an emailed receipt.
Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery?
You do not have to be home for our driver to pick up or deliver your laundry. You can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it. You do not need to be home to receive a finished order, either. Simply let us know when placing the order online where our driver can leave your laundry in case you are not home. We will notify you via text or email, whichever you prefer, when our drive is on their way to pick up or drop off; and again when they have picked up or dropped off your laundry.
How much does laundry service cost?
Laundry pickup and delivery service starts at $35 per gallon bag. Pricing may increase based on bag size, weight, oversized items, specialty items, or additional services requested.

Do you provide laundry bags?
Yes! Reusable and plastic laundry bags are available for purchase. You can select your preferred bag size after submitting your order form.
Do you wash comforters, blankets, and oversized items?
Yes. Oversized items are accepted for an additional fee. Please include them in your order notes so we can provide accurate pricing.
How will I know my total cost?
Your total will be calculated based on the bag size selected, any add-on services requested, and your delivery location.
Do you offer same-day service?
No. All laundry pickup and delivery orders must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Can I request a specific detergent?
Absolutely. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or a preferred detergent, please include those details in your order notes.
